Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Reign Life.
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase and are here to help with any concerns.

Because our products are health and wellness supplements, certain conditions apply to protect product integrity and safety.

1. Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, and

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If these conditions are met, you may request a return by contacting us at hello@reignlife.co.za. 

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back to us.
Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our side.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products with broken safety seals or damaged packaging

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

These restrictions are in place to ensure safety and product quality for all customers.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@reignlife.co.za with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a full refund if the product is unavailable.

All errors on our side will be corrected at no cost to you.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider (usually 3–7 business days)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.

6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for sealed, undamaged and unused products returned within 7 days.
