Below you’ll find all the information regarding how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

1. Shipping Within South Africa

We deliver nationwide using trusted courier partners.

Standard Delivery

• Delivery time: 2–5 business days

• Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your area

Delivery times may vary depending on location, order volume, and courier delays.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive:

• An order confirmation email

• A shipping notification with your tracking number once dispatched

3. Delivery Address Requirements

Please ensure that:

• Your delivery address is correct

• Someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours

We cannot deliver to:

• P.O. Boxes

• Postal lockers

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, additional courier fees may apply.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

• Your tracking number

• A link to track your parcel online

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at hello@reignlife.co.za.

5. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to:

• High courier volumes

• Weather disruptions

• Strikes or operational issues

• Remote or outlying area delivery schedules

Reign Life is not liable for delays once parcels have been handed to the courier.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Incorrect

• Missing items

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@reignlife.co.za with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the parcel and items

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available, but we are working on expanding delivery outside South Africa soon.
