4. Orders & Availability

If a product is out of stock after you place an order:

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders throughout South Africa using reliable courier partners.

Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

To protect product safety and hygiene, we can only accept returns of:

  • Unopened, unused products

  • Returned within 7 days

  • In original sealed packaging

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours with supporting photos.
